Wondering how the payment process works?

All payments for lending and renting are processed through Stripe. The lender is charged an 8% service fee only when an item is rented, and the payment has been processed. This includes a combined service fee for Stripe and Lendli.

Requiring a deposit is optional and can be entered in when you create a listing. We offer a dispute process to address issues with items that are damaged by renters. If there are any issues with a returned item, the lender has 24 hours to submit a claim, and the deposit will be held until the dispute is resolved.

Payments will be processed within 72 hours and will be available in the Lender’s Stripe account. Our goal is to provide a safe and easy way for the renter to pay, and the lender to get paid.
