All dispute resolution proceedings must be conducted on an individual basis. Users waive the right to bring claims as part of a class action. If a claim proceeds in court instead of arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LENDLI.IO IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (IF ANY).9. Business Use of the Service
